Your information stays yours.

When you reach out to us — through the "Start a project" form, by email, or by subscribing to the weekly briefing — we collect only what you give us: your name, your email address, your phone number if you share it, your business name, and the message you write.

We do not run advertising trackers on this site. We use Google Search Console to understand how people find us in search, which reports on aggregate search performance rather than following individuals around the web.

Contact submissions are used for one purpose: to reply to you and start the conversation you asked for. Newsletter addresses are used to send the weekly AI briefing and nothing else. We save inquiries in our own system so we can follow up properly and see the history of a project.

Inquiries are stored in our secure, access-controlled database. Access is limited to the partners of 21 Arrows Ventures. Contact form submissions are also delivered to projects@twentyonearrows.com, our mailbox hosted with a commercial email provider.

Newsletter subscriptions are handled by our email platform, which processes the address on our behalf for the sole purpose of sending the briefing.

This site itself sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Your color-mode preference (light or dark) is stored locally in your browser and never leaves your device. If you create an account to use a private area of the site, a session cookie keeps you signed in.

You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email projects@twentyonearrows.com and we will take care of it — no forms, no hoops.

This policy describes a small firm that answers its own email. If anything here is unclear, write to projects@twentyonearrows.com and a partner will reply.
